Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total at the stylists discretion. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Illness-related cancellations are not charged; however, if last-minute sickness cancellations become frequent, fees may apply. If a credit card is not on file at the time of cancellation or no-show, the outstanding fee must be paid via cash or Venmo before the client will be eligible to rebook.
